SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE


Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your order.

  • In the event of a return, a ₹100 return shipping fee will be applied, as applicable.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and serviceability.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

Please note:

  • A non-refundable ₹100 charge applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹3,000

  • For incorrect or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory

  • Do not hand over the product without a pickup slip or SMS confirmation

  • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be required to self-ship the product

    • Courier charges should not exceed ₹300

    • We recommend using India Post (Speed Post)

  • Do not share the OTP with the delivery partner unless the product has been received

  • Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with

All COD returns are refunded via Gift Cards, in line with current RBI compliance guidelines.

THURSDAY COMPANY reserves the right to deduct shipping charges in cases of non-response or failed pickup coordination.


Exchange

  • One-time exchange is allowed per order

  • There are no additional charges for exchange requests

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability

  • If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as a Gift Voucher

  • An unboxing video is required in case of incorrect product received
