Use of the Website

• You will use the website only for legitimate enquiries or purchases
• You will not place speculative, false, or fraudulent orders
• All information provided by you, including contact and payment details, is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms and to notify relevant authorities if required.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order on our website.

Product Availability & Service Area

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We currently ship within India. In the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund for prepaid orders.

Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when:

• Your payment has been successfully processed, and
• You receive a shipment confirmation from us

We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any order via email or phone. Failure to respond or confirm details may result in order cancellation.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to cancel bulk or high-value orders at our discretion

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.

Accepted payment methods:

• Prepaid (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking)
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 - 48 hours, subject to availability and verification.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions
• Non-serviceable delivery locations
• External courier or logistics issues

A return shipping fee of ₹100 applies in certain cases, including COD returns.

Failed Delivery & RTO

If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges. COD shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging
• Exchanges are subject to availability
• Customer-requested cancellations are refunded via Gift Cards
• Defective or incorrect products are refunded to the original payment source

Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval at our warehouse and may take 7 - 10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products with removed or damaged original packaging

Risk, Ownership & Damaged Deliveries

Ownership of products transfers upon full payment and delivery. Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with and notify us immediately with photographic evidence.

Once accepted, THURSDAY COMPANY is not responsible for damage reported later unless supported with valid proof.

Coupons, Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Issuance and usage of coupons and gift cards are at our discretion
• Coupons may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice
• Refunds via gift cards are governed by their specific usage terms

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of THURSDAY COMPANY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any product purchased is limited strictly to the purchase value of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
